About Creed Monarch

Creed Monarch, based in New Britain, Connecticut, is a custom job shop specializing in the contract manufacture of precision machined components for industries such as oil drilling, automotive, aerospace, commercial and military. The company was founded in 1953 and is ISO 9001:2008 certified, offering CNC machining, grinding, gear hobbing and assembly services.

The Challenge

Operating since 1953 and with a 150,000 sq ft production floor, Creed Monarch faced increasing pressure to maintain efficiency and data integrity as job complexity grew. Their legacy ERP system could not support the real-time data integration required for modern manufacturing, resulting in manual processes to track jobs, labor and inventory. Document control was heavily reliant on paper, leading to delays and difficulty in providing accurate delivery information to customers.

The Solution
