About ConveyMor

ConveyMor, founded in 1981 and headquartered in Pelham, Alabama, is a mixed-mode manufacturer specializing in hot lime conveying equipment for the paper bleaching industry. The company is renowned worldwide for its complete conveyor systems and operates alongside two sister companies, Jones Bearing and American Pulley.

The Challenge

As a mixed-mode manufacturer, ConveyMor needed to manage custom, discrete and made-to-stock products. However, their previous manufacturing software created operational bottlenecks due to lack of system integration. Manual data entry was extensive, inventory management was cumbersome and coordinating workflow across three companies was error-prone.
