Genesee Global, founded in 1946 and based in Rochester, NY, is a contract manufacturer specializing in machining, custom metal fabrication, specialty welding, complex assemblies and surface preparation primarily for mass transit and aerospace industries. The company holds multiple weld certifications and is ISO 9001:2015 certified.

The Challenge

As Genesee Global grew, its reliance on an outdated database system created operational bottlenecks.
