Recognizing the need for a unified approach, Great Western Valve sought a robust ERP platform to centralize their operations. After evaluating options, they selected Global Shop Solutions ERP for its manufacturing-specific capabilities, integrated workflow management and support for custom database applications. As Michael Kouloumoundras, Vice President of Operations, shared: "We realized we needed one integrated system to tie everything together from start to finish." Implementation included a custom valve roster program to track jobs, parts and customer data, providing real-time transparency and eliminating manual entry errors. The Results

The impact of Global Shop Solutions ERP was immediate and measurable. Manual data entry was minimized, and inventory management became more precise, reducing costly errors and stock discrepancies.
