Global Shop Solutions is known throughout the industry for simplifying manufacturing through its ERP software. Taking the same approach with its training and education programs, this year’s annual ERP User Conferences will introduce significant format and content upgrades designed to help customers continually improve and simplify their manufacturing.
The first big change involves hosting two ERP User Conferences – a live event at the Global Shop Solutions campus in The Woodlands, Texas, that takes place Oct. 18-20. The second event will be virtual and will run from Nov. 14-17.
“After two years of virtual-only conferences, we’re excited to have an in-person ERP User Conference again,” says Daniel Carranco, Director of Continuous Improvement for Global Shop Solutions. “And hosting in-person and virtually provides flexibility and convenience by giving our customers the option of how they attend.”
“The biggest improvement involves the content presented to attendees. The primary goal with each ERP User Conference is to make our customers better ERP software users. We are delivering targeted content for every process and position in a manufacturing business. From the shipping clerk to CEO and everyone in between, each attendee will have a class specifically designed for their role.”Daniel Carranco, Director of Continuous Improvement for Global Shop Solutions
The ERP User Conferences will also include updates on new features being built into future software releases, as well as workshops focused on industry trends and topics that impact manufacturing processes. Both events will offer ample opportunities for attendees to network with each other, including groups based on industry and other categories. Attendees will be able to interact with Global Shop Solutions senior management and the company’s most experienced ERP experts.
“We’ve built Global Shop Solutions into a global enterprise by listening to our customers and responding to their needs,” says Carranco. “In addition to providing in-depth training, our ERP User Conferences allow us to hear and understand the challenges our customers face in a rapidly changing industry so we can address those needs. In return, we keep them up to date on industry trends, company vision, and how they can grow their companies by partnering with us.”
