The last three years Global Shop Solutions has seen a significant rise in new customers from Mexico, Central America, and Latin America in addition to an increase in users from existing customers in that region. With regional strengths of inventory control, production control, and our ability to deliver data in real time to make better management decisions, as well as our language capabilities, Global Shop Solutions ERP software is the right fit for this market.

Our global headquarters is conveniently located in The Woodlands, Texas, just 30 minutes north of downtown Houston, Texas, and provides us the benefit of having more bilingual employees than most businesses in our industry.

With the growth of our Spanish-speaking customer base we saw a need to deliver our ERP Boot Camp class in Spanish – and this opportunity was loved by our customers. Specifically, our great customer Metalia commented on an increased understanding of ERP software process flow, improved use of products like Key Performance Indicators and ARC, and increased loyalty to Global Shop Solutions ERP after experiencing the culture and meeting the people.

Twice a year, Global Shop Solutions will be delivering our ERP Boot Camp – complete training from quote to cash – in Spanish for our customers domestic and abroad. Just another way that Global Shop Solutions loves our customers and does whatever it takes to help them simplify their manufacturing.
