Build kits that match how your jobs and WORK GROUPs really run

Kitting works when it mirrors the way your plant builds parts. Start by mapping your top product families and the cells that run them, then define kit contents for each operation, not just the final assembly. Include common fasteners, inserts and consumables that always cause slow hunts. Keep kits small enough to move easily and rugged enough to live near the workcenter.
