Accurate and Fast BOMs and Estimates

Estimates can be developed in advance for repeat repairs or developed dynamically after the parts have been received. Estimate templates centered on common processes can be developed and quickly inserted into work orders. This allows the bypass of time required to create an estimate or bill if the work to be performed is not known until the parts are received.

Account for All Aspects of Repairs

Easily apply field service costs to work orders using accounts payable. Invoices can be entered in Accounts Payable for employee reimbursement and tied to the work orders they performed field service on. This leads to more accurate repair costing and billing.

Easily Manage Repairs and Returns

An RMA can be created against parts manufactured at your facility and returned for repair or warranty work. A standalone RMA can be created for parts manufactured by another company that your customer would like fixed. RMA allows the tracking of the request in addition to tracking warranty and serial numbers when necessary.
