Data Conversion. This process can be handled by you or Global Shop. Most Global Shop customers convert their own data.
Training/Testing. Our Global Shop FastTRAINTM consultants thoroughly train all users on the system and test your data to ensure that everything is working properly.
Going Live. Global Shop FastTRAINTM consultants provide hands-on supervision and support as you activate Global Shop’s powerful ERP system.
Global Shop will also help you develop an implementation audit to track progress against the plan. This audit will ask questions related to the general areas of security, menu, help, training and conversion, as well as specific modules such as inventory, shop floor and operations. FREE Global Shop University Global Shop’s FREE introductory new user education is conducted at the Global Shop Training Center in The Woodlands, TX. Students pay their transportation and lodging expenses.
Global Shop University covers manufacturing and accounting over a one-week period. GSU affords the new user hands-on practice with the software and introduces them to Global Shop FastTRAINTM instructors and customer service personnel. These FREE classes are offered to all users in your company as needed, including future users. Global Shop FastTRAINTM Virtual Training FastTRAINTM virtual training harnesses the Internet to bring Global Shop expertise to your desktop. This is a convenient way to train on updates and new products. Choose Subscription or One-on-One Virtual Training classes. Internet access is required.
GS Subscription FastTRAINTM Virtual Training Learn at your own pace at your desktop! A comprehensive list of classes is available each month. Just log on for specialized, in-depth training with our FastTRAINTM instructor. Classes are interactive with time for Q and A. Classes are also available on video for 24/7 study or quick brush-ups.
GS One-on-One FastTRAINTM Virtual Training Here’s an inexpensive refresher for new and experienced users. You may choose any application or feature for further study with our FastTRAINTM instructor.
Global Shop On-Site Consulting Global Shop FastTRAINTM consultants will travel to a customer site to work with one or more employees using company data on any portion of the system. Customers may choose to have sessions extend over several days.
