526 was the magic number as we kicked off the spring premiere of Friday Features today. This record setting attendance is a first for any Global Shop Solutions virtual training event and I am confident the numbers will steadily grow!

I was honored to spotlight Fullerton Tool Company, one of our fantastic customers who have simplified their manufacturing through our software. Headquartered in Saginaw, Michigan, Fullerton Tool Company is a third-generation, family-owned business that specializes in the design and production of solid carbide cutting tools for a wide variety of industries. Fullerton was one of the first big users of the Inventory Control and costing modules in Global Shop Solutions and are avid users of Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS). We simplify your manufacturing.™

We began the season with Senior Consultant and ERP expert Langley Melendres teaching our customers how to access their data quickly and easily with Crystal Reports. Langley delivered step-by-step instructions on how to edit and activate a standard report, create and activate a new report, how to use Excel as a reporting tool, and a few other cool tools in the system. We also highlighted our awesome Key Performance Indicators software that was released in 2015.3! This is something that a lot of our customers are implementing! I truly believe this tool will help simplify your manufacturing!

Next week we hope to set more records as we teach you how to effectively use the Shop Floor Data Collection station. You will also be introduced to Goetsch’s Welding & Machine, Inc., an ISO 9001:2008 certified supplier of OEM machined and welded parts and assemblies located in Merrill, Wisconsin.

Don’t miss the next Friday Features; register to join me and the team today.
